Questions about AI interviews
- How long does an interview run?
- Up to the length you choose, from 5 to 20 minutes. The interviewer paces your guide to fit, and wraps up politely when the time is up.
- What if someone gives short or junk answers?
- The interviewer asks a follow-up when an answer is vague or very short. An interview counts only once the person has given at least 5 answers or talked for 2 minutes in all (3 answers and a minute of talking if the time runs out first), and you pay only for interviews that count. Answers are spoken, never typed: each one is transcribed from the person’s own voice.
- Can I see results while it runs?
- Yes. A person checks every study before it goes to the panel. Once it’s live, each interview shows up on your results page as it comes in, with its transcript and who gave it.
- What do people agree to before they start?
- Each person reads and agrees to how it works before it starts: they talk with an AI interviewer for up to the time you set, and it asks questions for your company (or “a company”, if you keep your name hidden). In a voice interview we keep the text of what they say, not the audio. In a video interview their camera records each answer, and you get each answer’s video too. Either way you get the transcript with their age, gender and state, never their name, email or contact details. They can stop at any time, and you see the exact words in the builder before you launch.
